Maybe I'm the only one who faces this.
Maybe I'm the only one who gets so upset about this.
Maybe I'm the only one who loses her cool completely over this.
But, maybe I'm not!

Messy kids rooms!!
I get so tired of saying, "Is your room clean?" "Go clean your room." "Have you picked up your room?" etc.
Makes me crazy!! And with summer just around the corner, I am determined NOT to spend time on this every day when we could be enjoying so many other things.
So, I have instituted a new standard for room cleanliness. I actually "stole" the idea from my wonderful Aunt Mollianne.
The standard for Casiday's room is ...
How my room looks at 10 a.m. her room must look at noon.
So, if it's a crazy day and my room is messy - it's okay that hers is too. I think that will help all of us be more conscious of our clutter. And it makes a pretty good rule. So, that's my tip for the week.
